    "Abstract: Pulsed electromagnetic (EM) field coupling to a thin conductor on a grounded dielectric slab is analyzed numerically\nusing the Cagniard-DeHoop method of moments (CdH-MoM). The effect of a dielectric slab is incorporated in the Green\u2019s\ncomputational testing state via Mosig\u2019s quasi-static (QS) approximation for a microstrip structure. Under this approximation, the\ntime-domain (TD) impedance array pertaining to a thin, currentcarrying conductor on a grounded slab is derived analytically.\nThe applicability of the novel time-domain integral-equation (TDIE) numerical model is examined with the aid of an alternate\n3-D computational tool. Illustrative numerical examples are presented."
