    "This work demonstrates a novel method for determining the Angle of Arrival (AoA) of RF fields\nusing AC Stark shifting characteristics. Unlike conventional AoA techniques, this method does not\nrequire phase measurements of the incident RF field, as the AoA is estimated from the AC Stark-\nshifted EIT spectrum resulting from two-photon excitation to a Rydberg state in a sub-wavelength-\nscale Rydberg cell. The dependence of the Stark shift characteristics on the angle between the optical\nand RF fields is exploited in this work. There is no theoretical lower frequency limit for applying\nthis method to determine the AoA. The viability of this method is experimentally demonstrated at\nRF frequencies of 1.27, 2, 3, and 4 GHz. We also present a simplified model that closely reproduces\nthe experimental observations."
